Personal Bio:

Over the course of my career, I have accomplished many things but not without surmounting challenge. It has been said that hardships prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny, this has certainly rang true for me. Born and raised in the urban inner city of Chicago's south side, great odds were against me achieving societal standards of success. I have often experienced devastating challenge seemingly at every turn. But that challenge fostered resilience and a will to consistently troubleshoot and brainstorm to seek developmental resolve. Good mentoring played a huge part in me understanding how to do this well. What I now know, is that reaching your full potential requires understanding your purpose, operating consistently with undying passion, which will in turn unlock the great promise gifted to each of us by the universe. This is my life story and I am confident that it will resonate with each person with whom it is shared. My talk will be focused on Reaching Your Full Potential: Purpose, Passion, and Promise
